How do I know that my KYC application is approved?

Once your KYC verification is successfully approved, you will receive an official confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
Please ensure that you check all your email folders, including junk and spam, to avoid missing the notification.

In addition to the email confirmation, you can view the current status of your KYC application at any time directly from your ZedPay account dashboard.
If the status shows as Approved, your verification has been fully completed and all account features available to your level will be unlocked automatically.

If you do not see any update or if you believe there is a delay, you may contact our support team for clarification before attempting to resubmit your documents.
