Perform Escrow Transaction in ZedPay

1. Click the Profile icon at the top right corner.

2. Enter your E-mail.

3. Enter your password.

4. Click the Login button.

5. Enter the OTP sent to your E-mail to log in to your account.

6. Enter the 2FA code from the Google Authenticator app you downloaded on your phone into the field.

7. Click the Login button.

8. Click on Escrow and then New Transaction. 

9. Fill out the first partner’s requested information.

You can upload documents if you wish.
 

10. Then click to Add Partner. 

11. Fill out the second partner’s requested information.

12. Then, tick the box and click the Continue button. 

13. Now, transaction’s status looks 
as Pending.

In My Transaction section, you can
check it.

14. Click on the Escrow transaction, and then click to Accept button.

After both sides of the transaction have accepted, ZedPay admin will review and approve it. Once approved, the agreed amounts will be credited to the relevant accounts.
