Click the Profile icon at the top right corner. 



2. Enter your E-mail.
3. Enter your password. 
4. Click the Login button.



5. Enter the OTP sent to your E-mail to log in to your account.
6. Enter the 2FA code from the Google Authenticator App you downloaded on your phone into the field.

7. Click the Login button.



8. Click on Support on the left side, then click on New Ticket. 



9. Select the department related to your issue. 
10. Enter the subject of your issue. 
11. Write your issue in the message section.
12. If you have any attachments related to the issue, you can add them by tapping Upload File.
13. Click the Create button.
 


You have successfully created your ticket.
