Resetting OTP on ZedPay Platform

If you have lost access to the device where your OTP (One-Time Password) was originally set up, or you can no longer retrieve your verification codes, you will need to request an OTP reset.

To begin the process, please contact our support team by sending an email to support@zedpay.com.


In your message, briefly explain that you have lost access to your OTP device and require a reset.

After your request is received, our support team will provide specific instructions and verification steps.


Please make sure to follow all guidelines carefully and submit any required information or documents so the reset process can be completed securely.

Once the verification is successful, your OTP will be reset and you will be able to register a new device.
